- You still need a vMix license. Blue Stream Controller is not a vMix product.
- We do everything we can to keep your live show running, but it also depends on your network, vMix and your devices: we can't guarantee there will be no interruption.

Who publishes Blue Stream Controller
Blue Stream Controller is published by Bethel Tech Africa, a sole proprietorship of Sylvain Jonathan TOUNGA (NINEA 012511946), with its registered office at Ouagou Niayes II, villa no. 360, Dakar, Senegal.
It has three parts: the mobile app, the server installed on the vMix PC (Blue Stream Server) and this website. By installing or using any of them, you accept these terms. To reach us, use the Contact page.
The free version
The free version gives access to the Inputs and Transitions screens. The other screens unlock temporarily when you watch a video ad. The free version shows ads, which fund it.
Demo mode lets you try every control without vMix. The content of the free version may change.
What you can do
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Blue Stream Controller to control the vMix setups you have access to, personally or for your organization (church, company, association, video production provider).
The software remains the property of Bethel Tech Africa. The Blue Stream Controller name, the logo and the content of this website are protected.
What is not allowed
- reselling, renting or redistributing Blue Stream Controller;
- copying, decompiling or modifying it, except where the law allows it;
- bypassing the ads, the screen unlocking or the device limit;
- using it for illegal activity or to disrupt the service.
In case of a serious breach, we may suspend your access, after warning you when possible.
vMix
Blue Stream Controller is independent software. vMix is a trademark of StudioCoast Pty Ltd, which is not affiliated with Blue Stream Controller. A valid vMix license is still required.
Blue Stream Controller is tested with vMix 29. We do what is needed to stay compatible with new versions of vMix, but we can't guarantee it.
Availability and liability
Blue Stream Controller is built for live production, with safeguards such as confirmation before stopping the stream. It still depends on your network, vMix and your devices. We can't guarantee there will be no interruption, and we recommend always keeping direct access to vMix during a live show.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by the interruption of a live show or a recording. This limit does not apply in case of gross negligence on our part, and does not reduce the rights the law of your country guarantees you as a consumer.
We may change Blue Stream Controller, add or remove features and release updates. The server offers its updates and only installs them with your consent.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. If you disagree with us, write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Dakar have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules you benefit from as a consumer in your country of residence.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date below. For any significant change, we let you know in the app.
