Terms of sale

1. Who sells

Premium plans are sold by Polar (polar.sh), our official reseller. Polar sells you the plan, takes the payment, issues the invoice, and collects and pays the taxes. Its name appears on your bank statement. Your payment details are handled by Polar: we never have access to them.

The Premium service is provided by Bethel Tech Africa (contact details in the Terms of use).

2. Plans

Premium removes ads and unlocks every screen (audio, overlays, macros, live Multiview video) on the devices signed in to your BlueBroadcast account.

A vMix license is still required.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Depending on your country, taxes are either included in the displayed price (for example in Europe) or added at checkout (for example in the United States, Canada or India). The exact amount, taxes included, is always shown before you pay.

4. Ordering and payment

You buy from your account space (account.bluebroadcast.app), with your BlueBroadcast account. You pay on Polar's secure checkout page, with one of the payment methods available there. Polar emails you a receipt.

5. Activation

Premium turns on automatically on your account, usually within a few seconds. Then just sign in to your account in the app. If it is still not active after one hour, write to us at contact@bluebroadcast.app.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, from the management link Polar emails you or by writing to us. Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid. The current period is not refunded pro rata, except under the guarantee in section 7.

If a renewal payment fails, Polar retries automatically. If it does not go through, the subscription ends and Premium is removed.

7. 14-day money-back guarantee

You have 14 days after your first Premium purchase to ask for a full refund, with no questions asked. Just write to contact@bluebroadcast.app. Polar refunds the amount to your payment method, and Premium is removed. The refund usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

The guarantee applies once per customer, whatever the plan. Later purchases and renewals are not covered, unless the law of your country requires it. This guarantee adds to your legal rights as a consumer and does not reduce them.

8. Lifetime purchase

“Lifetime” means for the whole life of Blue Stream Controller. If we ever discontinue the app, we will tell you at least 3 months in advance.

9. Devices

Each plan includes a number of Premium devices: 1, 3 or 5. To switch devices, free up a spot from your account space.

10. Changing plans or prices

To change plans, write to us at contact@bluebroadcast.app. If a price changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. A lifetime purchase is never charged again.

11. Suspension

In case of fraud or circumvention of the device limit, we may suspend Premium without a refund. We will let you know beforehand whenever possible.

12. Use and data

Use of Blue Stream Controller is governed by the Terms of use, and the handling of your data by the Privacy policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Senegal. If you disagree with us, please write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Dakar have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
